How many people do you know believe positive thinking is the best way to attract everything they want into their lives? Although this may sound like the best approach, there are some major challenges with this type of thinking you need to know about.

It's almost as if a positive thinker can ignore their true emotions and feelings on what's actually going on in their lives. There are certain people in the world that aren't true to themselves when it comes to positive thinking.

A lot of times people have many underlying unconscious issues that most people never deal with. On a surface level things may appear great, and always optimistic for the person. Most people think positive but believe negative.

positive thinkingWhat exactly do I mean? The majority of our habits and perceptions are controlled on an unconscious level and are usually created before the age of five. The reason why most people have a challenge with positive thinking is because they are really trying to mask the 97% power center that controls their thinking and behaving.

Positive thinking is not a bad thing, in fact it can have profound effects on peoples moods. If you really want to access how you think and behave without having to "think positive" you have to impress upon your power center, the unconscious mind.

You can think positive and choose what type of thoughts come through your mind. Life is all about being in balance and harmony. Yes, there is duality in life, and as your awareness increases, you'll experience less and less duality. You want to position your thoughts in the center of that duality, so you're not always on the high end of life. This way you'll experience less emotional swings.

There are far too many people that feel they always have to be thinking positive because they don't want to feel their true feelings. It's important to experience those emotions because that's where your true core issues lives, and you'll only be able to change your beliefs, once you access those emotions.

Instead of just thinking positive begin to ask yourself why you feel that way. The reason we have emotions are to tell us if we're on or off track from what makes us happy in life.

You can still be positive about life and have an optimistic view, but it's important to remember to understand where that optimistic view is operating from. People love being around positive happy people. But you need to make sure that when the doors are closed, you're being true to yourself and that's who you really are.
